Server Bug

Initially when the game came out on Tuesday I could not log into any servers other than Japanese. So on the concluding day of Wednesday I found that around 11-12am I could log into EU servers and some NA as well. I have friends playing on Ragnarok (Legacy) EU. That is the server I chose and for like a whole week I thought i was in the right server, and took a guess that I can't add anyone because they were already way further ahead. I've been at work and had not took the time to notice until yesterday that i was in the wrong server. I know for a fact i chose the right server and now I'm thinking the server glitched on me. I would greatly appreciate it If I can get my (main) character in the server, "Ragnarok (Legacy) EU. I posted a ticket but they redirected me here. Thanks you for your time and hope this will be resolved soon.
