Okay. These quest's reward is only Grand Company currency. This issue I seemed be having was fixed after doing the following. I teleported back to Forgotten Springs, and I emptied my inventory. I walked back to Zahar'ak and the quest completed. Now, my understanding is that the GC currency didn't take inventory space. The slot i opened up still isnt full obviously. But I told the others (There were like four people there) with the same issue. And it seemed to have worked for them? Now me having a full inventory may be a stupid issue. But I still think it's a bug that you can't complete a quest that offers you something that doesn't take inventory space when your inventory is full.
