Modifications needed for PS3 healers' UI

Here are my impressions so far using the PS3 UI for heals:

1. A good healer will always have a focus target up on the boss with a target of target and castbar enabled to watch what the boss is doing. This cannot be done on PS3. PS3 needs a focus target option.

2. Floating combat text needs to have parameters available. I would like to be able to enable my floating combat text but disable everyone else's. It is far too cluttered watching floating combat text for 8 people and current engaged targets.

3. The 8-man person party list is far too large; it takes far too much of the screen up.

4. There needs to be a way to disable the third click of X on the current target to bring up a menu (square button already does this.) It causes HUGE issues with Sacred Soil. If I already have someone targeted when I try to place a Sacred Soil on the ground it will bring up a menu that I have to cancel right after the cast.

1. Perhaps I have misunderstood, but I can see this pretty clearly. It is right along the top of the screen. You can use <tt> in macros to heal the boss's target. Alternatively, I can press X to select the boss then up/down on the d-pad to throw a cure to a particular party member (maybe a DD who didn't get out of the red) and it will snap straight back to the boss.

2. I have not found this to be a problem, but you're further in the game than me.

3. You can resize and move every element in the UI, including this list in the HUD Customisation menu.

4. I haven't experienced this problem, but I play as a CNJ/WHM so don't have this ability.

1) Target is better in ps3 tha pc, the second button press of X will make that target your permanent target so you can target the boss and then move with up or down to select the party member you want, also you can use a macro with mark and then a /target mark that will always make you quickly target the boss even while there are 100000 ads on screen.

2) you mean like the Cure aomunt and that?? i think i´ve seen it somwhere on the menus
