This is a suggestion to implement a party formation utility similar to duty finder that can be set up by a party leader with more specification of classes desired, to be joined only on the server you are currently playing on.

Though I side with you on this one, it would go against the very objective why square enix created this gods-forsaken system that seems to be given a bad rep. There's good and there's bad... you may point out the bad of it but I think the majority would vote for it's benefits over it disadvantages.
Personally I would like to see this system gone and encourage people to step up to the plate and help out fellow company members and link-shell members for the greater good as it was in FFXi.
FFXi had good spirit from the beginning(even though there was a few bad apples). If we going to live with this community, we have to adapt and over-come the system. Apparently, if your not content with the party your given, you can (1)suggest change or(2) flat out leave. Either or, I would try to "wing it" first and if someone has a problem, I'd be the better man and excuse myself, then leave.
~'\[[_LEGACY_]]/'~TENTs because solo-friendly content forces me to want one!
