Any lawyers out there playing this game and paid for it? Is there anything in the law that you guys can do to punish people in SE for giving us a game we can not log in to play and letting us go through hell trying to log in to play a game that they are restricting people to get in! Its almost a week, and no change! Well, its seems worse!
Lawyers out there, please use your powers to punish people responsible for the hell we are going through!!!

No. And even if there was something that could be done legally; Square-Enix HQ is in Japan; outside the jurisdiction of the Unite States.

Unless you're another company filing a lawsuit against Square-Enix, Lawyers cannot help you just because you can't play a game.

this is beyond BULLSH*T i sit here every FREAKING DAY after i finish work and spend AT LEAST 1-2 hours clicking start then log in to character to get this poxy 1017 sh!t the developers of this game are DEFIANTLY dumb as fu*k for not implementing an AFK (away from keyboard) program. it is so simple. if a character remains inactive for half an hour or SH!T even 1 hour, they get logged out, ergo BYE BYE world backlog issues. but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
