Hi my Legacy mark is not showing on khisanth Burfoot but it is showing on khisanth majeree on the same server.

when i logged on i had no legacy gear in post i spoke to Gms who sent me most of the stuff except the beomoth barding for chocobo and my Legacy mark not showing on the named character
