Veteran Rewards

I've seen people with the Veteran reward already (voidal resonator, cascadier uniform) but when I try and purchase it (sub up) it says 0$ and I get no veteran rewards.

So how do people already have them?

In Europe (not sure about NA) you can buy pre-paid game time cards on Amazon and the like. By entering the code from the card, you immediately get 60 days game time on your account. That's the only way to get the veteran rewards until subscription fees are being taken / free trial ended

You can't pay for sub time yet because we have free days left to use. However, this does not apply to time cards. With time cards, you can sub now and you lose all your free days. Time cards can be bought from a some store somewhere but I don't know where and I don't care.

I hope they bring them to NA. I don't like having to put my card on SE. They've already been breached once.

I believe a 3rd party is taking care of payments (GlobalCollect)

I don't think it is possible for those in NA to get the rewards early via time cards.

The reason some users already have these items is due to placing time on their accounts through the redemption of game time cards. Please note that these function differently from region to region and the North American Ultimate Game Card is used to add Square Enix Crysta directly to your account instead of adding varying lengths of time.
