    Live Support and Assistence. HELP!

    Okay guys, so I am going to the forums because I feel that I need some sort of interaction and suggestions.
    Reading after the **** is and update and only one that needs to be read.


    I know and I am being as patient as possible about this. But here is my problem.
    When I first got the game from Amazon, I purchases early access for the ps3 and the whole nine yards. What happened, is when the PSO incident happened around August 13-15, I for some reason got an e-mail as well. I used that code towards my PSN account, but found out that I was logged onto a different PSN account. In which was like "shit".
    So I couldn't play my game at all during early access, when the first patch was released the night before early access began, I was told that my first account was "invalid" which made sense because of the PS fiasco, but then I couldn't long into the other PSN account because it says that my account has been already linked to another PSN account.
    The stranger thing that has happened is that when I check my account online, it shows my legacy status. But I do not have any link to a PSN account at all.

    I have already input my PS3 code when I received it for official release into the new PSN account. in hopes that may fix something and or show me that I have an account linked between PSN and Square Enix.... I was wrong.

    Live assistance, I kid you not I have made 6 and closed 6 tickets in attempt to contact them. 8+ hours of waiting and when I get to 1st in Que I get this, "There is no service agent available at this time, please try again later."
    I am not sure if that is happening because I am located now in the EU and I am trying to contact the NA servers.
    I worked with live support in the EU, and although I was able to connect and chat with them. They said they couldn't anything because all my information was NA.

    So I finally got into contact with Square Enix Live support.
    After a long discussion and a few tickets, nothing was solved. I recognized my account is in Limbo. Live support told me that there is nothing that they can do. Now that my linked account is stuck on the old PSN account which does not work, while my new PSN account cannot touch my old Square enix account.
    Contacting both Sony and Square no one can help because the have no access on each others data base! How is this even possible!?

    Live support asked for me to request a ticket to remove a square enix from an PSNID but said if that was done my account would have been permanetly banned! And because it is in the Terms of Agreement and there is nothing they can do to change that!

    The fact that Square enix has no function into being able to unregister a SENID from a SQEXID to apply to another SENID. And so then now I would have to purchase a whole another game, while I have already invested so much is ridiculous!
    I tried to contact upper management but I only can do that when I call.
    But living in Germany, I have no way of doing that and holding for 3+ hours my apologies.


    Please, someone help me with this.

    How did you even get in contact with live support? Every time I try I get a busy signal on the phone or the Chat Server is down.

    Oh it took me a long while. I did the chat support, and I normally got a "A service agent is not available" which made no sense, but I kept trying.
