Texture/Shadow flickering while in motion.

Especially on foliage and trees, textures have this strange shimmering/flickering effect while your character is moving.

Iv\\'e seen this issue posted in a few places across the internet, yielding very few responses or ideas to rectify the issue outside of "driver malfunctions".

No altering of ingame settings, AA forcing or driver rollbacks corrects this issue and it can be very distracting.

My friend and I both experience the issue while running AMD Sapphire 7850 and 6850s respectively.

I've had the problem all thru the beta, and in the release... It's gotten a bit better but it is still majorly annoying.

I thought it was my TV because it has special settings but it does it in no other game then 14.

It looks almost like a Blurring effect which makes things darker then when you stop moving lighter.

I've not really seen anyone discuss the issue and thought it was only me. I'm using a 7970GHz with Beta2 drivers
