Ability to kick Disconnected or AFK players from Dungeons

Just had a somewhat frustrating experience when getting into a Bowl of Embers instance. On arriving one of the players was disconnected and could not be kicked, as a result we were unable to defeat ifrit due to the lack of damage against the add that spawns during the instance. We tried again with no success, and were forced to leave. The timer as a DD is rather irksome, but then the 15 minute penalty AFTER for bailing on an instance because of that really ticked me off. So I'm just suggesting that there needs to be a way to remove these players if they aren't there.

;D Give us the option to vote to kick someone. This is utterly pathetic. We have a bunch of players who ragequit when they wipe at least once in the trials. And it only takes one person to screw the entire group over just by afk'ing or disconnecting. Square Enix seriously needs to do something about this. Not only is the dungeon timed but we don't get the option to kick AFK players? Seriously? And if we have to leave because some moron decided to go AFK we all get hit with a 15 minute cooldown. Perfect. Let's punish the players who suffer because one player decided to troll and go afk.

Not sure if it's the same for Ifrit but I assume so. In dungeons, after DCing you get kicked after a certain amount of time, after which the party leader is asked if you want to use the duty finder to get someone to replace whoever was kicked.

This wasn't the case with us, we spent about 20 minutes before bailing on the encounter.

    100% agree

I'm actually in a 15m time penality because the tank of leave the group and we were unable to kill Ifrit without him. No possibility to kick him so we all leave and get the penality for something we didn't make...

Why punish people that just have the "luck" to be with random douche...

What is the timer for this? Because I've d/c twice today when I was in an instance and it took me one minute or a little over before I got back in and I was not in my party nor instance anymore. Really frustrating to work with the party to get deep in an instance just to d/c and not get back into the instance even though you come back really quickly. Granted I just d/c and couldn't even log back in but that is another issues entirely, however messed up that is considering it is a week since release.
