I have to agree it would be fine to say 'go do something else' if it wasn't for the fact people have handed over money already and have not been able to use the product.

If you buy a product and it doesn't work, or restrictions are immediately placed on your use of the product that you weren't aware of on purchase, you'd expect a refund or to take the matter to small claims court.

I don't agree with the way this is being handled. The issues are due to more people playing than they anticipated, which means they are making more money than anticipated.. which SHOULD mean that extra money gets put back into supporting the game.

Not simply 'we have more people playing than expected so lets stop those extra people playing, but keep collecting their money'.

With no auto-afk logout feature that is what is happening. A certain percentage of players have not, and will not, ever be able to log in to this game until the restrictions are lifted.
