    Square-Enix's fault? Or mine?

    So I pre-ordered the collector's edition of FFXIV for PS3, and I registered my beta code to service account 1 as well as my early access code. I had a second service account that I had back during 1.0, but I canceled it a while back. So when I get on mogstation it shows service account 1 is where beta and early access was registered and it has my moogle cap and cait sith doll minion. Service account 2 is showing it has all of my collector's edition content, my free 30 days, and its showing as windows even though I registered for ps3, it shows I registered for ps3 on service account 1, I got an email from square confirming I registered for ps3 with instructions on how to download on psn. When I try to log in to my account on the ps3 version which is the only version I have, it says I don't have a ps3 access code registered and my 30-days is being eaten up. I can't play at all after spending 80 bucks on this game. I have submitted 3 tickets about this and was told I'd be contacted in two days. Its been past that now with no word. As far as I can tell, I didn't register to the wrong service account...maybe square doesn't want me as a customer? I seriously have no idea what to do now.

    Remember that they are currently closing all tickets that are 48 hours old or older if not resolved in that 48 hours, so basically every other ticket is being closed without proper closure. gl hf.

    I have been hearing that people are submitting trouble tickets to customer support regarding this and many have had the two service accounts merged I believe. My suggestion is to contact SE directly thru chat or phone support and let them know what happened so they can assist you. Please try to be patient though, as you might have to wait some time to get in touch with them. There are many people experiencing a myriad of issues right now ^^;

    Do they have a number to contact for North America? I can't find it. And is there a link for chat support you could give me?

    Basically, as much as it sucks to flood their system, you'll need to send in a new ticket every day, just to make sure they aren't deleting your tickets without fixing your account.

    That's what I am doing now. It sucks, but I'm gonna do it. I did find a support number to call but they're closed on weekends so it'll be Monday before I can reach anyone. I just submitted another ticket, this marks the fourth one I have sent now. Issues like this and the server congestion are making it really hard to want to play this game but I really don't wanna give up on it. I'll submit a ticket every day and call every day until this gets fixed. I wish I had known they had a number or I would have called much sooner...

    I played beta phase 3 for ps3 and win. I was able to play no issue. I pre order the collector's edition. When I tried playing on launch day it ask me to enter the register code in the ps store or in account/redeem or I need to buy the download. When I enter the code said it was a bad code or no longer valid. Long store short, got new code from SE and that code. Was able to play 1 day then gave me same error.
