True they really don't have to give out anything, but then with all the issue's of not even being able to log in.

I think personally i've managed a whole 5 hours of gameplay and that's when i got up extra early to log in.. then theres still a ton of people afking around.
I really wanted to play this and not being able to play is making me not really give a crap what there doing or not doing, which by the way is more or less what happened with version 1.0....

plus its the weekend I'm sure the number of people trying to log in sky rocketed since some folks wait till there time off to acquire and or play...

TLDR: issues not allowing for any reasonable play time makes people not really care anymore and move on.

The problem with this mentality is not only does it give nothing to the customers it doesn't give anything to the business either and in the end it might even hurt them. In this day and age mmos can die very very easily. I'm not saying se should bend over and pull their pants down for us, but at the end of the day doing something will help both of us instead of doing nothing helping nobody.

Especially in an mmo community. Give us a hand and we'll kiss your feet and swoon over everything you do, try to give us a fingernail and the community will most likely rip your arm off out of spite

and whether or not you're a fan boy you can't say there isn't something wrong or nothing worth complaining about. I have never had to sit there and actually spam a log in screen for 20 minutes to try and play a game, at the very least i sit in a queue and am able to go do other things while i move up in line. And FFXIV has had hands down the most server down time of any mmo in the past 3-4 years that has launched.
