    Has anyone heard back from support?

    I sent in the support form for activating the wrong service account on the day of launch and received the automated acknowledgement of receipt saying they would respond in 48 hours but have not heard anything since. I really want to keep playing but the account with my characters ran out of its free trial and I can't create a new character because of the restrictions. I'm just wondering if this is normal and how long it's taken for anyone else to hear back.
