Many players (as I'm sure they will attest to in response to this post) opt for staying logged into the game for fear of not being able to log in later should they log out at any time. I don't blame them. If I didn't care about taxing power on my household or the various updates I might have to do to my computer that require a system restart, I'd stay logged in too. I understand that even if implemented, some players will still inevitably just jump every 10 mins or so, but that only accounts for part of the population.
