I've spent about an hour trying to figure this out. What SE tells me doesn't seem to coincide with how it actually works. Apparently when I'm on the support website and logged in, I should be able to view my ticket history somehow... yet I see no such thing.

Anyone done this before?

I had email confirmation that my ticket was received and they still haven't gotten back to me yet so I wanted to figure out what was going on, and I'm assuming their phone line is still a busy signal...
