On account of being completely unable to join any NA/EU servers today due to error 10102, I tried to make a character on a japanese server, but I am NOW getting error 3035, "Your current service account does not allow for the creation of any more characters on this world."

I, uh... I don't have ANY japanese server characters.

So now I can't play the game at all. Again.
