Count me in on this one. I got booted from Shiva with error 90000 while zoning and can't access my NA/EU characters since then. I either can't click the "Play" button in the title screen and get error 2002 shortly afterwards (can't connect to the lobby server) or I get an empty character list after clicking "Play" and receiver error 1017 (server full -> limited access), though I actually couldn't even select any char to login with, or I just get an error message stating that the character list of the NA/EU servers couldn't be updated. Strangewise I can still access JP servers and login on them just fine, once I get the "character list on NA/EU servers couldn't be updated" error (no access to JP servers with either error 2002 or 1017 though). Please fix this asap, I think I've spent more than enough hours just trying to login into this game.
