Raise in Combat

Is anyone else bothered that paladins can't raise in combat, or that bards don't even have the option to anymore? I'm a little upset that the support side of these jobs fall off the way they do just because of how the ability is set up on conjurer.

I think it would be good to see these jobs given back their Raising power. Considering they wouldn't even be able to use is with swiftcast, it should be a fair trade off compared to the healer jobs.

Well, we have White Mage, Summoner and Scholar who can all raise in combat now, so thats not too terrible.

CNJ/WHM can raise in combat with a trait they obtain at level 28 I believe. ACN/SCH/SMN get there own version of raise called ressurect (level 22 I think) which needs no trait to raise in combat.

I think that needs to be changed if a ACN can raise in combat a CNJ should be able too at the same lvl.

(Personal pref would be to do away with sickness at lvl 50 too but im sure that's not gonna happen.. *sighs*)

No for me and here's to Clarify a few questions as we know Raise can be used when not Engaged in battle at lv 28 There is an enhanced version of raise which allows you to raise during battle meanwhile arcanist has Resurrection at lv 22 which also cannot be used to revive in combat but there is no enhanced version of Resurrect so therefore both would have to level up to 28 to revive in battle so there should be no problem ( No they cannot Resurrect in combat either its been tested )

I can raise in combat in Toto-rak on my Acn but not on my Cnj i've done it.. so... its broken then?

You're wrong.
I've raised in combat loads of times with Arcanist since I got the resurrection spell at level 22.

OP is also wrong because archer can raise in combat with limit break level 3

You must have some sort of bug then because your test are wrong.
