    NA Customer support is out enjoying the holiday weekend. I guess, just like with the servers, they underestimated the demand upon them during launch weekend. Or they don't care. Either way, don't expect anything to be repaired in the next few days, possibly weeks. Sorry to tell you the bad news.

    My fear is that they take a while and i up my character in this meanwhile and they swap my accounts when my new character get stronger than the other.
