Hello, yesterday when i tried to log in i got a message on my client saying that my account had suspicious activity and i must change my password. I went to my e-mail and i receive a e-mail from the SE (yes i checked it) saying to change my password.

I changed the password and tried to log in, so i got a message saying that "My ID or password was incorrect", so i changed it again and tried, got the same message, changed once more and tried, same message, and tried a few times more always geting the same message.

I thought that the problem may be the login, so i tried to login without the number that they put on our login and worked but asked for the registration code, i put it on and when i logged in my character wasnt there, then i realize that this was another account.

When i go to the Mog Station my other account doesnt appear there only the new one, but on my Free Company my older character is still there and my older forum account (which i can not log in) still says that my character is still there.

What should i do? I already sent a ticket but i got no confirmation of it on my e-mail and tried the chat 5 times yesterday but always said that there is no agent to talk with me.
