Questions about PLD

I have seen tons of PLDs throwing somthing to pull mobs, but I do see any skills such as that in my list, what was that skill? or it is some kind of item , if do so, please tell me where to get, thank you guys. PS: PLD 50 for me, 1.0 player tho

That skill is Shield Lob, I would think. It's a ranged attack.

Indeed, it is shield lob that you are thinking of. Go to your gladiator guild and do the gladiator quests gained from the guild master. Once you get to the lvl 15 quest, you get shield lob as a reward. Keep doing all gladiator quests (one every 5 levels). The rewards are sometimes abilities.

You also get another shield bash that stops the mob from using weapon skills for a few secs at 30. You can use it any time you block an attack.

That's Shield Swipe - it's essentially the same as Phalanx from 1.23 but with an enemy weapon skill binding debuff added. It's gained as the reward for completing the final GLA class quest at level 30.
