square enix deleted my ticket with out reading it

i sent a ticket asking if i would be charged when my free time ran out with me not being able to get much beacuse of 1017 that it didn't seem fair because i wasn't getting full services and ask them for help on the matter 2 days later i went back and it didn't say closed or what not it was just gone thank you square enix for making a soon to be paying customer think about weather he wants to give them his good hard earned money

You and everyone else my friend! I am sure a lot of people are wondering the same thing. We can only hope in the next Producer letter that they address their plans to extend free services which they might even do at this point.
