Unable to update the group NA/EU Character List but no maintenance is on

I don't show any of the NA/EU servers available, and can't update worlds.

Malboro just booted, first getting the "Unable to Contact NA/EU" message, now Start is grayed out, and after a minute I get 2002'd saying the lobby server has encountered an error...

And I was just about to go test out the new macros I had made too.

I can't even get ANY characters (on JP OR NA) to show up in a list. I just get the blank blue background screen then a 1017. WTF seriously this shit is going from bad to worse with every hour beginning with beta, on to the bs code issues and now the actual game. LOL You gotta laugh at this crap.

Been trying to log in for over 6 hours and keep getting server full msg try again later. Now I get this error of unable to update na/eu server list. This would not be a problem if they just implemented an afk kick system of some kind, even if only after 1hr of not moving. Furthermore, even being able to get into the queue and be able to get into position 2,343,555 then I would not mind having to wait till people logged out to allow me to get in. To not be able to even get into a queue at all is a piss poor system and is not what you expect in 2013. All we want is to know we are in a position to get into the sever, instead of having to go back to start > select char> login> repeat.

Currently people stay logged in while they sleep, go to work, go out etc. and because of this there are people that are unable to play the game at all. If there was a proper queue system or/ and an afk kick system in place then at least everyone would be able to play or at least have a chance to play. The only time most people can even get in now is if the server restarts so everyone has to log in again.

I have been trying to get in for the last 12 hours and have yet to get or see the US servers.

I can't get the NA/EU servers to show up either. Tried restarting the client several times and same results.
