No server space

I deleted my character because I wanted to start a new one so I instantly used a saved character model and changed class. Oh wait there's no space on the server i was on even though I just deleted a character. Oh and wait there's no space on any EU server. What the hell.

I mean this in the nicest way possible with no anger in my voice, but if you pay attention to their updates, you'd know that they have blocked most new character creation on all NA/EU servers until next week so that those of us who bought the game day 1 can have a better chance of actually playing. Sorry to hear that you deleted your character and now can't get a new one...

I recently just created a new character on a JP server to see if I could at least play ~something~ tonight. But even though it let me create the character and assign it to a server it then immediately gives the 1017 error....

I think EVERY server is full right now :/

I was reading even the Japanese servers are getting hit hard this weekend. They are upgrading their servers first thing next week, so hopefully this will all be behind us very soon.

Yeah what I meant was that there no playing capacity even while there is character creation capacity. Leading you on falsly :/

Yes I can't get in at all now and feel foolish for logging out last night. Not having a queue is horrible. No waiting in line to get in, no... it's just whoever hits that button at the right moment. Yesterday there was a big group of bots farming a FATE escort route, the thought that all those bots are in there and I sit here clicking and hoping drives me nutty.
Then there's the "almost" got in, just to really make me mad. I got in queue at #32, so glad. But then I got bounced back to 1017. (insert rant)

I did the only thing I can do at this point, cancelled my recurring subscription and removed my credit card information. I am angry and frustrated, and it's a game... I know better.
They will have to impress me to make me want to give them any more of my money, right now it isn't happening.

Yeah well What I'm saying is they should limit the amount of characters people have to 1 character I'm more than sure people will have more than one character. ( as some people don't even have one )

It doesn't matter how many characters a person has, they can only log in with one at a time. The problem is that there are more accounts with a character on a given realm than there is room on the realm. If I have 897 alts, I can still only take up one space.

Even at that I already had a character on the freaking server so whats the harm in allowing me to re make one when I've deleted my old one? they should of put a ban on new characters being made by accounts created on a certain date when the servers were already full. And its eating into my free time they give so either a refund as it is in order due to the game not actually being playable or they give the free time lost back.
