My account is inactive for no reason

So i loaded up the game this morning (31AUG13) and it asked me to enter my registration code. I did this and i was told that the code has already been used which only makes sense because i have 4 toons and have played the beta. Well i checked the Mog Station and sure enough my account is inactive but it also says that i have a pre-order code applied to my account (I have logged in before). so now i have submitted a ticket that wont even bee looked at till the end of the long weekend which is my last chance to put any real time in to the game due to work. I am so upset with SE I'm not sure i even want to continue playing the game. It has had nothing but problems. My friends and I can't even play on the same server or log in at the same time. I'm sure it will all be fixed some day and most MMOs have a rocky start but this is Square.. I expected a lot more form them and i am now incredibly disappointed with them. On the other hand if anyone has any advice on how to fix this please let me know.

Do i cancel my account and try to reactivate it?
