    I dont understand either. I would rather sit in a queue for an hour then this BS. How can they not have this problem fixed.

    I would imagine SE to be a million dollar company or possible more, and FFXIV would most likely big their biggest game currently. Yet I don't see them proactively doing anything to upgrade their servers to handle these levels of high demand. We get that they didn't prepare for such a huge demand, okay, but what about upgrading the servers or adding more to accommodate this!?!
