    Considering the email support tickets are the only option in my country I EXPECT to be replied to. This response was the same as being told 'you dont matter to us now go away'.

    I got this too, thankfully however I sorted the issue out over the phone. Regardless though I was a bit shocked that they would just close it because it was "less important".

    What was on your ticket? If it was the same as the othe 12453678 tickets, then that's understandable. They do that if you call an ambulance (although in my experience being calm and giving them information will earn you a 'thanks for calling' so they can listen to the hysterical woman next to you who keeps repeating the same thing) in order to minimize operator or reading time to get to other issues.

    I got one of these for an issue with previously registered games disappearing from my SQEX account. It didn't even have anything to do with FFXIV as I'm sure I submitted it through the Members site and not through FFXIV Support, but since it's the same company, they go to the same place. I wonder how many other non-FFXIV related items got thrown under the bus as a result ...

    They're doing the most rational thing that comes with being hampered by a ton of support tickets and not having enough support staff. Prioritize and weed out the rest. Now if they keep up this after their support ticket volume goes down, we've got a real issue.

    Ive had to call SE a couple times and have nothing but good experiences with their CS Reps. Not sure what you guys are referring to. Yes the hold times are long but its to be expected with the release of a new/redone game.

    Even calling Blizzard takes a long time and WoW has been out for years.
