Bought digital Aug 26, didnt recieve registration code

As title states, bought the digital from SE store and received the preorder code and item codes. Never got receipt though and also no actual game code. I even tried looking around stores in town but they don't have any copies.

I checked spam on all emails, nothing

Looked on that page where you can find purchases and nothing

Checked Square store profile and nothing there

Went to support and just waiting.

Just want to know if anyone has similar issues and remedies.

Its not labeled as being from SE look on the forums for the other posts about this issue I know someone has posted the contact info for it and another method of getting the code.

www.findmyorder.com doesnt show anything Square related, last purchase show is origin Sim City ( that was an awesome game...) and the key checker only shows my Early Access Code.

www.findmyorder.com helps you to find your product from the SE website. The code you've to imput was given via e-mail (Square-Enix, Inc. - Order Confirmation (Order #(Your number)). Also, try to check again your spam folder and search for an e-mail with this adress: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
