    Reset all servers on a 4 hour period.

    People are Not logging off because they know they will not be able to log on and play with their friends.

    I don't blame them, but you SE need to wear the big boy shoes here and attempt to allow your customers access to the product they paid for.

    I know it takes a while to install new sans and network gear and test it and bring it up with new circuits. Give your customers Timelines.
