It's time to implement AFK Kicks

A working queue system is all that is needed. That's all. No on wants to see The world is full. Try again. Just let us hit log in once and see what place we are in line and then we can watch tv or whatever. It's how other games did it and it worked.

Yes, they need a working queue system, but it is pointless if nobody is logging out, they also need an auto kick on long term AFK players. All other MMOs I have played have queues and auto log out functions.

They better implement an AFK kick, because the current situation is pathetic.
Why subscribe to a game if something like this isn't fixed.

Yes, I'm talking about 3 hours or more spent trying to get in game...this is simply not cool

Screw the server upgrade atm lets deal with current problems. Fix the problems you have now.

It's gotten so bad I just created a character on the Japan servers just so I can play, and that character is higher level then my 'main' character I use to play with my friends on NA servers.

I have no idea how you are getting on, it is 5AM here, one hour from the server time of the JP servers and it is still full. I haven't been able to get on for almost three days.

They should just have a popup that comes up after 2 hours if inactivity asking if they want to stay connected. Give 30 seconds to respond and then kick. Yes there are a few people that might get around this with macros etc but the majority would not IMO.

No 15 min 2 hours wouldn't solve much.

This is true. Every MMORPGs should have an auto-AFK-kick feature, it's the basics. If you add that to the server size problem they are trying to fix right now, it indeed makes a lot of problems.

I mean.. what would be the point of letting someone being AFK all day long ? They ARE NOT playing anyway ! The ONLY reason people wants to stay AFK all day long is because they don't want to log out and not being able to log back in, issue that wouldn't be that bad if they weren't doing that in the first place ! They are in some making worse the situation they are trying to avoid.
