We all are here reading these forums trying to find others with similar problems but with a solution, and to complain a bit.

To that end, I want to fix my 2nd service account mistake. After a 6hr unanswered support call I figured I try live chat. But every time it gets to my turn it would cut off saying no available agent.

Yet there are many people would have done so successfully. Any tips or conditions that might help? Besides a post earlier demanding us to sacrifice virgins. Thanks!
