Gold Mining Chat in a new colour

I had only one bad experience when the chat was spammed by a Gold Miner jerk pirate hacker..they actually made the chat a new colour and that was very distracting at night.

Can someone remind us of the options to black list someone in the chat so that their chat will be hidden? thanks. So far it has been pretty good in my world.

/blist add Player Name, I believe.

The different color was likely the use of /yell instead of /shout. /yell covers a smaller area (but larger than /say). You can change the color for it if it's too bright or distracting.

Say: White
Yell: Yellow
Shout: Orange
Tell: Purple (had 2 Gil Sellers do /tell command)
Party: Dark Blue
Free Company: Light Blue
Link Shell: ??? (Unknown due to not being in one)
Square-Enix: Dark/Royal Purple.

As said above - they're now using /tell to spam hence the color "change" ...

I hope we can get these rats cleared out of the game fast. I see many of us are helping and we can all keep reporting them as fast as they appear.
