happened to me too. you need to subscribe. If you have an account, click the appropriate button. You need to register the new 20 digit code that came with your 'purchase receipt' or the physical game.

I guess I'm still confused... I already did all this. I have a lv 17 Archer, have been playing since 8/27. I login, it wants me to put in the code that i got, which i did on the 27th. Then it says the code has already been used, and it's right. I used it on the 27th. What is also strange is, When I try to login to the Lodestone, it says i have no characters...

I am having the exact same problem. i bought my copy at gamestop and it did not come with a 20 digit number, only came with 18 digit number for the preorder
