[Bugs] Grand Company Supply/Provision list

The GC Supply and Provision list seems to have a bug where, AFTER you obtain the amount of items needed, if you did not previously have them, the item you need to turn in suddenly changes to something else. (Very aggravating if you've taken the time to procure enough HQ materials or craft an HQ item.)

Also, occasionally when this happens, it can trigger classes who's daily items you've turned in to reset, giving you another daily to turn in.

Lastly, despite unlocking all eight crafts, one of them is not showing up in the list. Even though I haven't turned in anything for it yet. (In my case today, it's Goldsmithing)

In addition, when the supply and provision list was supposed to refresh today (5 AM PDT), it didn't.

It had still not refreshed by 8:10 AM PDT

Yes, the timer said 20 minutes, came back to do missions after 30 minutes, saw timer had reset to 24 hours and no supply and provision mission still. Now after 3 hours since then still no missions available.

It does reset at 5am, just 5am in japan. the timers seem to be client side and were never localized at least for na. For na the reset is at 1pm pdt.

Hoping this can be fixed soon, it's rather aggravating being told it will reset at a specific time, only to have it actually reset at a completely different time.
