It has nothing to do with hate, nore your ISP speed, its purely lag on their end.

I used to be on a crappy ISP like 1mb lol and I could outclaim so many people on different things because I realised the initial delay.

its kind of similar to how XI has that "cannot insta claim" they put in where you have to wait 1-2 seconds except it doubt its intentional due to: You can claim via missing the mob and the other person full on wacking it or critting it.

I know it has nothing to do with hate because I remember a memoriable moment when I went to claim against a much higher rmt player and I claimed but missed and the rmt wacked a mob and had hate, then got nailed on by the mob until he died XD. fun times.

Its just either bad server lag or a not-properly defined anti claimbot feature like XI's (which failed lolols)

If you want to claim all the time just delay a second (or use spirit dart ! )

RMT is not like a real player they hack. FFXI system works by hate then they added 10secs before you can attack a mob and if a mob would attack you if they just pop you have 10sec to leave before he see you and attacks. I know this very well because i remember it from playonline when they update it.

this isn't the case with 14. If I'm solo camping a mob with no one else around, I can easily claim as soon as it pops.

Not all RMT bot. But this system doesnt work by Hate, I've said that, its proven. So I dont know what you are trying to say.
