[dev1026] Claming system is broken.

This only happens to me when I use taunt or provoke. Never had this problem when I used normal attacks like light shot, I've also noticed a dropping pattern with Kokooroon. He drops the bow often during a waxing or full moon and drops the scale mail during a waning or new moon not exactly sure on this but I've gotten about 15 or so bows and scale mails doing it this way.

I was helping my LS with Kokoroon as well... basically 4 times he spawned right next to me, I provoked, saw the effect go off, only to have an arrow that hits the mob from across the room 2 seconds later claim him. Claiming, provoke, or archer is very broken at the moment.
