[Bug] Cassiopia Hollow and Cedarwood Behests.

After the update to be able to display enemy rank. I finally see why Cassiopia hollow and Cedarwood Behests give such garbage SP to people of the proper rank for those areas.

While other camps place enemies 13 ranks above the camp rank, ensuring that you will get decent SP in parties up to the camps rank +8 or so, These 2 only place them 4 ranks above the camp rank, ensuring you will get garbage SP past the camps rank.

So while Nophica's Wells and Nanawa Mines (Both R30 areas) would have monsters generally at r40-43, Cassiopia Hollow and Cedarwood (Both also R30 areas) Behest enemies are all Rank 34, While the end boss is Rank 39. Their basic monsters are only 1 rank higher than in Rank 20 camp behests!

This serves as yet another reason people stick to Thanalan

Ah. Well i did Nophica's behest earler and saw that all the monsters were only r34 as well. I guess all the R30 Behests are jacked up. Might as well stick to R20 behests, all their mobs are r33.
