Unable to summon Companion chocobo in certain conditions

Steps:
1. Call chocobo as a companion.
2. Allow its timer to run out, or have it be defeated, as you change areas (by teleport, death + return, etc)
3. If done correctly, you will recieve the message "<name of chocobo> has withdrawn from battle." but he will still show in your party.
4. At this point, you become unable to summon the chocobo again, even if you disband the party, until you log out and in. you can attempt to use gyshal greens but they will be consumed with no effect.

I was walking around fighting with my chocobo. I ended up dying not paying attention to my health. After I revived my chocobo can't be used. It lets me use my greens up like its going to summon him but nothing happens he never comes.

i hope you guys can fix this soon :s i can't use him at all

This also just happened to me. I revived at my homepoint. My companion was still listed in my party but with 0 HP. I tried using more gyshal greens, but nothing happened. I then disbanded party, and tried using greens again, but nothing happens.

This happened to me as well. Poor Boco died and wouldn't despawn. The option to reuse greens wouldn't light up. So I went to social and left the group. After that every time I used greens nothing happened. Relogging worked.

I got this as well, I was unable to summon him, I died as he was still fighting an enemy, I returned but he had died as I was zoning. He showed up in my party still as ??? with 0 HP, i disbanded the party with no luck. Gysal greens did nothing

Even after being logged in an entire day and going all over the world, doing duty finder stuff, etc. it stays broke. Logging out and in fixes it but it will never fix itself otherwise.
