I don't think I've come close to running out of time on any dungeons yet.
The mechanics aren't too difficult. Stay out of red circles etc = win

what good is the timer if someones internet drops, what good is it if something IRL needs tending to for a moment or crap happens and needs tending to for 5+ mins, not every one is 12 and has nothing to worry about, there are people that have to make sure stuff around them is sorted, not to mention if someone leaves the party, the timer is still running, im looking at drop out tanks right off the bat, this is why other mmos dont have timers, they realise stuff happens
Time limit is the greatest thing ever, it inspires tanks to keep pulling, provides bonuses for speedy completion and makes people think twice before joining if they have to afk a lot. If it takes more than 90 minutes everyone is failing not just 1 person. So assess what you did wrong and learn from it... don't cry to developers because you lost.
Seriously though why play a game if you aren't going to play it but demand its changed so you can do it without gaining any skill or learning anything. If thats what you want go to a different game.
I think the timer should be for better loot. If you beat the bosses while the timer is going, they drop loot. If the timer expires, the chests will just drop coins.
personally I think this issue is due to the level caps for dungeons. Tanks really don't have a fair shot at the bottom range level of what is allowed in a dungeon, unless they're good. The game has a low tolerance for tanking and healing. In general the game is far more challenging than necessary, but I'm sure 60% of the players out there will disagree with me.
