So a few days ago, I registered a code they gave me to receive my Collectors Edition items (Mount, Helmet, etc.) then I ended up getting another service account which the first one has my mog hat, caith sith doll and my characters I worked so hard on and the second one has my collectors edition items. So I sent in a ticket wondering if they can give me a new code so I can apply it to service account 1. I already sent in a "wrong service account" form....2 days ago!

Then now I have this issue which occurred last night with Error 3108 and sent in another ticket. My tickets are just piling up but I did receive a notification in my email saying that my first ticket was received and is being reviewed. Now to wait another few days for them to receive the ticket i sent about this.

In the meantime, I can't play cause my characters are "inactive" and I don't want to have to re-level my 36 character on the second service account where my collector's edition items are. I hope they can at least merge it or something. Hope I get a response soon of both tickets.

*And yes, I have re-entered all the codes I have redeemed in the "Enter Bonus Code" and "Enter pre-order Bonus Code" and still nothing seems to work and I've even had a "The code's region is inapplicable. You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account"

I think whoever is having the same issue deserves another free 30 days since we all have to wait 2 weeks for it to get resolve like holy hell, I won't be able to play for two damn weeks!?
