...when so many people cannot log in or play? I am understanding that there were more sales than estimated. It happens to EA every time they release a new game. However EA at least works overtime to get more servers up and running quickly to fix the problem. Square has had a week. How long does it take to buy a few servers and get them running? I mean, they obviously made more from the game sales than they expected. Now if they want to keep their players happy, they need to work overtime and get this issue resolved. Going into a 3 day holiday weekend with limitations on the server character creation and log ins is bound to lose a pretty substantial amount of subscriptions, which will in turn lead to those players never coming back to a Square game in the future. This issue really needs addressed much faster than it has been over the last 7 days.
