Dear Square Enix support,

Today when attempting to logon to view my daily 1017 errors, I was prompted to re-register my product code. I am a 1.0 owner which had participated in phase 3 and 4 of beta and early access. I attempted to use the product serial code which digital river sent me on your behalf over a year ago. It says it is already registered.

I then called your support and waited for 3 hours, only to be transferred to a dead line. I then waited in chat support queue for 2 and 1/2 hours, only to be transferred to a message stating no agents are available.

So please, don't bother resolving my three tickets. I don't care how much the game has improved, nothing is worth this level of frustration. I'm done trying. You won't be getting a subscriber payment from me.
