I have owned this game for 3 days now and only played once. Now my character is gone and I can't play on any servers. I payed for a game. Not a half finished beta game.

Im right there with you, it is absurd that they think this game is worth having on store shelves.
I have reached the end of my rope this week with all the issues, at the very least I will not be subbing.
Well thank goodness for little things, impatient and entitled... cya, don't let the door smack you on the hind-side. To think that creating a thread to exude your "feelings" nobody cares, it's a business, you don't want to be a part of it contact customer support, nobody on the forums can do a thing and you know it. Otherwise you are just seeking attention hoping to justify your emotions with others of a similar ilk.
I don't agree with you Jinx, I think people have the right to express their opinion. And I also think it is a good thing the this ¨feedback¨ reaches SE.Well thank goodness for little things, impatient and entitled... cya, don't let the door smack you on the hind-side. People tend to misunderstand the meaning of the word "entitled" these days. To be entitled is to have a right or claim to something. See, when you pay money for a product, you actually are, in fact, entitled to get the product you were promised. You are paying money for that entitlement. So yes, people are quite justified in feeling entitlement in this situation. They paid to have a product that was usable to them on the 27'th, and through fault of the company from which said product was purchased, that's not what they're getting, plain and simple.Well thank goodness for little things, impatient and entitled... cya, don't let the door smack you on the hind-side. Complaints help a business to know when they've upset their customers. The number, and general ire of the complaints allows a company to gauge the severity of their mistake, that they may prioritize major issues over lesser ones. As a paying customer, one is entitled (there's that word again) to let the company know whether or not they're happy with their product. A company that cannot put out a quality product at a price the consumer is willing to pay must either adapt their product or forfeit business. This is Capitalism 101.
Nothing improves by consumers bending over and taking it whenever things go wrong. Such people (not saying you specifically) are often referred to as "sheep", as they allow said businesses to drive them, instead of the consumer driving business. That's how the capitalist system gets broken, corporations get out of control, yadda yadda yadda...the point is, apathy never solves anything.

I totally understand what you're saying, but to constantly complain after the company has already addressed the issues is kind of ridiculous. The producer apologized, took full responsibility for what is happening and will provide compensation soon. What else do you want them to do?People tend to misunderstand the meaning of the word "entitled" these days. To be entitled is to have a right or claim to something. There really nothing wrong with the game except server problems, it a very good game and many other think so too. Server problems and bad gameplay are two different things.

To stop talking about fixing it, and actually friggin fix it.I totally understand what you're saying, but to constantly complain after the company has already addressed the issues is kind of ridiculous.
