Im seriously about to start getting a lawsuit together over this issue!!! If you read the fine print on the TOU for FFARR it clearly states that Square Enix may sue for anything in part of this game! So the player have a right to counter sue for the same when we are buying part of intellectual property.

JP servers have not experienced one serious server drop since beta.

I live in the us and have for many years! Our gaming community is EXTREMELY large!!!!
If you "Square Enix" do not solve this problem in a timely manner, Myself and MANY,MANY more are going to force refund this game! I don't know how you expect us "the NA/EUR gaming community" to pay subscription fees when you "Square Enix" cannot

1. Fix current issues with server login. Login times of over 20 minutes is exceedingly rediculous.
2. Fix our server issues where it goes down at least 3 times a day.
3. Continue to favor JP servers, while ignoring and having to go back and repost a post you "Square Enix" forgot to add in also US/EUR.

What do we want? COMPENSATION! And we are not talking ingame items. We are talking free game time!!! We have lost a few days worth of time because servers are down. Not every player can get on 24 hours a day! When our server goes down it affects many of us from utilizing our FREE time for having bought the game!



P.S.
Many player would agree that this game has been the most Hell like to deal with the get to play! not even Diablo 3 was this difficult and that was considered the worst realease in history! Guess who just got topped!
