Player search info not allowing selection of jobs.

In the search info screen, other than Scholar and Summoner, I am not allowed to select any other Job as preference for parties even tho I have all of them unlocked. I even specifically unlocked Paladin and all of its job quests are completed in ARR, but it too is unavaliable for selection.
