    Happened to me yesterday. 3 attempts, about 7 hours. The thing is useless. Calling didn't work either, as the line gives the busy tone. I sent a few emails, to which I got a response today. "Your ticket was received and we will get back to you in two business days." So, 4 or 5 days of waiting since Monday is a holiday before I they might get back to me.
