1017/2002

The last couple of days I have been getting these problems....
1. yesterday my character selection wouldn't come up and gave me the 1017 error before I could even pick a world. It was like this for about 12 hours.
2. At the title screen the "Start" is greyed out and then gives me the 2002 error. this has been going on for almost 5 hours.
