For the 10102 error, not sure if this will help anyone (it worked for me!) but I was curious and went to the loadstone and selected the "Home" button on the top right and then clicked the last top button "Active character settings". Once in that area "IF" you have another character on another server just select "Log In" on it and then after a couple seconds click on the "Log In" for the character you actually want to get into. Then load the actual game and try to get on, you should be qued if its full and viola! Hopefully this works for some of you T_T

Are you on Pc because I tried it on ps3 and it didnt work?

what do you mean "after a couple seconds click on the "Log In" for the character you actually want to get into.", once you click the first one it loads into that toons page and i cant click the one for my main.

That's funky. I'm on Cactuar and was getting NA/EU not available. Tried that login trick and character loaded up and logged right in.

FYI - this does not actually work. The loadstone login has no connection to your in-game login. The people claiming this worked just happen to do it when the fix took place. I got in at the same time without doing it.

Guys this works, you dont even need another character on a different server as long as you select your own character and click "log in" in "Active Character Settings" your good to go. Thanks again sakiura!

OMG!!! just tried again on the lodestone page it finally worked and logged in from there. But...when i got into the character login screen in ARR it still gave me the error message 5 times in a row while it was on loading screen. And now I'm back to not having server data for NA/EU servers pop up.
