Having trouble with two story quest missions...

Asking for help please as I'm having trouble with

"Never Forget" I can't find this chicken egg. I've been to three of the games food places and the closest thing to an egg they have is a boiled egg.

"My little Chocobo(Twin Adder) Where do I get this "Serpents Chocobo Issuance" to give to Cingur?

Okay, with the chocobo lisence, I can help with that.

You need to do FATEs which give you something called seals. You can also do special Grand Company Leves that give seals (though these are solo). You need to collect 2k of these seals, then go back to the Grand Company you belong to and speak with the Serpent Quartermaster. I think it is under Materials tab? Last tab on top.

Then you need to head over to the Chocokeep in your city and continue the quest there.

As for the eggs, what they are telling you is locations.

When you go to the zone, if you bring up your map you will see to brass looking numbers with X and Y under the map. Match those numbers to what the locations given here are.

For Example the Bismark is a nice restaurant with a great view when you get there, each city is confusing and hard to explore by design, so enjoy the trip.
